Hahn Ready Mix and its affiliate Brell LLC (together, “Hahn Ready Mix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at hahnrmg.com, through our ordering and delivery operations, and through text messages we send, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, request a quote, place an order, or apply for a position, we may collect your first and last name, company or organization, phone number, email address, street address, city, and state, along with whatever you write in the comments field and the reason you selected for contacting us.

Information from doing business with you. If you order from us, we collect the information needed to batch, deliver, ticket, and bill the order — job site address, delivery instructions, purchase order and job numbers, mix and material details, delivery times, quantities, and the name and signature of whoever accepts delivery.

Phone numbers for delivery notifications. If you provide a mobile number for order or delivery updates, we collect that number and your consent to be messaged at it.

Information collected automatically. Our web host and website software record standard technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

Job applicants. If you apply for employment, we collect the information in your application and any resume or supporting materials you send us, and use it for hiring purposes.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
  • take, schedule, batch, deliver, and ticket your orders
  • send order confirmations, delivery notifications, and electronic delivery tickets
  • invoice you and collect payment
  • maintain quality control and delivery records, including records we are required to keep for construction and Department of Transportation purposes
  • evaluate employment applications
  • maintain and improve our website
  • comply with the law and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile phone number for order or delivery notifications, we and our service providers may send you text messages about your orders and deliveries. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers who send messages on our behalf, and only so that they can deliver those messages.

How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Companies that operate our website, dispatch and ticketing systems, messaging, accounting, and payment processing, who may use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Within our companies. Between Hahn Ready Mix and Brell LLC to fulfill and support orders.
  • On your project. Delivery ticket information may be shared with the general contractor, project owner, engineer, or public agency for a job you are working on, as construction projects normally require.
  • When the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
  • In a business transaction, if our business or a part of it is sold or reorganized.

Cookies and embedded content

Our website uses cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though parts of the site may not function normally if you do.

Some pages include content hosted by other companies — for example embedded video, our podcast player, and social media links. Those companies may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. We do not control them.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
