Terms & Conditions – Website Use

These terms govern your use of hahnrmg.com and the notification messages we send. They are separate from the terms of sale on our quotes, credit applications, and delivery tickets, which continue to govern the purchase and delivery of our products.
Use of this website
This site is operated by Hahn Ready Mix. You may use it for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access it by automated means without our permission, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
The content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Hahn Ready Mix and Edwards Ready Mix names and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Information on this site
We work to keep the information here accurate, but the site is provided for general information. Product data, technical bulletins, and specifications are general guidance and are not a substitute for a mix design, an engineer’s judgment, or the requirements of your project. Prices, availability, and lead times are confirmed at the time of order, not by this website.
Submitting the contact form is a request, not an order. An order exists when we confirm it.
Text message notifications
Program. Hahn Ready Mix and Brell LLC send order and delivery notifications by text message, including order confirmations, truck and delivery status, and links to electronic delivery tickets.
Who receives messages. Customers, job site contacts, and drivers who provide a mobile number for this purpose, and personnel of contractors and project owners who ask to receive delivery notifications for their jobs.
Consent. You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number for order or delivery notifications, whether by phone with our office, on a credit application or order form, or through our website. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with your order and delivery activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can rejoin by contacting our office.
For help. Reply HELP, or contact us at 563-322-1308 or sales@hahnrmg.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
Employment applications
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or an offer of employment.
Links to other sites
This site links to content hosted elsewhere, including our podcast and social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from delayed or undelivered notification messages.
